A fast-growing healthcare organization is launching a brand-new primary care model and is seeking a high-performing Nurse Practitioner to serve as the first hire in the Norfolk/Chesapeake market. Primarily in-person clinic-based care across several local sites

Some flexibility for remote charting (half days as needed)

This is not a traditional dialysis or specialty NP role—it is true primary care delivery within a new, high-visibility model.

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:

Minimum 5 years of NP experience in primary care, internal medicine, gerontology, or hospitalist medicine

Proven ability to manage patients with chronic, complex comorbidities
Compensation & Incentives

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000/year base

Performance Bonus: Up to 60% of base salary
