Position
- Location: New Hope, MN
- Specialty: Primary Care - All ages
- W2 contract role with opportunity for contract extensions
- Patient Volume: 7-10 PPD
- EMR system : Athena
- Number of Physicians/Support Staff in Department, Single provider clinic
- Compensations:

Job Responsibilities
Acute, chronic, and preventive care visits
Health maintenance exams and wellness visits
Chronic disease management
Office‑based procedures (injections, labs, EKGs, screenings)
Patient education, lifestyle coaching, and wellness counseling
Accurate documentation in Athena EMR
Qualifications
2 years minimum in primary care, urgent care, or occ health
Board Certified FNP
BLS
DEA
Working Hours
Mon/Tues 11:30am-6pm - Wed-Fri 6am-12:30pm
