Required Skills:
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Current, active, and unrestricted RN and Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC, AANP, or equivalent
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of pharmacological agents, disease processes, and clinical care principles
- Strong documentation and patient management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a family practice or primary care setting
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Familiarity with California healthcare regulations and laws
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program recognized by ACEN or CCNE
- Clinical experience demonstrating competency in family medicine
- Knowledge of medication administration, patient education, and follow-up care
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts, five days a week
- Ability to adhere to all state and federal healthcare regulations
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
