Position Details
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days/week
Compensation: $60 – $80/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
-
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages
-
Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
-
Order and interpret labs and imaging
-
Perform urgent care procedures (suturing, wound care, splinting, etc.)

Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
-
Document efficiently in the EHR
-
Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks
-
Practice in alignment with company clinical standards and values
Required Qualifications
-
Active, unrestricted Virginia NP or PA license
-
Board certification (or eligible, as applicable)
-
PA: NCCPA
-
NP: ANCC or AANP (FNP required)
-
-
Active DEA (or ability to obtain)
-
Ability to treat patients of all ages
-
Active BLS certification
-
EHR proficiency
-
Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
-
DOT certification (or willingness to obtain — fees covered)
Preferred Experience
-
Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Fast-Track background
-
Strong procedural skills (suturing, splinting, wound care)
-
Experience with preliminary X-ray reads prior to radiology over-read
