We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in Casa Grande, AZ. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.
Job Requirements:
- Any state license honored
- National Board Certification
- DEA License
- BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Must have current, clean driver license and no major violations on driving record
