Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $104,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

On-Call Stipend: One weekend every 8 weeks

Schedule & Responsibilities
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
100% outpatient primary care, serving patients of all ages.
Key duties include:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education

Participate in on-call rotation (1 weekend every 8 weeks; call is minimal)

Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (FNP required)

Two years of experience preferred, but highly qualified candidates with strong primary care skills will be considered
