Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care services to family (Family NP) populations
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Promote preventive care and overall patient wellness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies
Requirements:
- Masters of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active FNP license in Arizona
- Minimum 5 years of experience
