PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: All ages
- Phone Consults: As clinically appropriate
- Case Mix: Primary care and family medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
- Office Equipment Available: Standard primary care clinic equipment
- Support Staff Available: Clinic staff
- Reason for Coverage: Provider coverage need
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Colorado NP or PA license
- Board: National certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA: As required for primary care practice
- Certifications: As required by Lincoln Health credentialing
- Experience: Primary care or family medicine experience
- Other Qualifications: Comfort performing minor in-office procedures
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform minor in-office procedures as required
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
