We are seeking highly qualified Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide top-tier medical services across multiple centers in the Charlotte, NC region. What You’ll Need:
- At least 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or family practice settings
- Board certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Licensure and certification including BLS, NC DEA, Family NP Certification (for NPs), and PA Certification
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system and the ability to autonomously manage all patient visits
- Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to float and support multiple locations within a 60-mile radius
- Ability to handle treatments such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and other minor procedures
- Must be comfortable treating patients aged 6 months and older, including pediatrics and adults
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-volume urgent care or emergency settings
- Familiarity with pediatric care beyond 6 months
- Experience with off-site supervision or collaborative care models
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- Proven experience in urgent care, emergency rooms, or family practice clinics
- Certification through NCCPA or relevant NP boards
Other Requirements:
- Must participate in scheduled EMR training sessions and onboarding
- Ability to work at least three shifts per week, with scheduling flexibility
- No travel reimbursement provided; support locations within personal commuting distance
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
