Provide Compassionate Primary Care to patients in Beaver Dam, WI with SSM Health

We are seeking a compassionate Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our Family Medicine team of 3 physicians and 5 Advanced Practitioners. New grads are welcome to apply.

Your Qualifications:
- Collaborative, team player
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
