Practice Setting: Multidisciplinary Traumatic Brain Injury Program
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible scheduling
Travel: Frequent regional travel; occasional program-related travel

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Co-Director for a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program to join a growing, multidisciplinary care organization. This senior-level role combines direct clinical care, care coordination, and progressive program leadership.

The position begins in a co-director model (6-12 months) to ensure continuity and structured knowledge transfer, with a planned transition into expanded clinical and operational leadership responsibilities, including program growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based clinical care to TBI patients within scope and protocols.

  • Coordinate complex, multidisciplinary care plans and case management.

  • Participate in program operations, protocol development, and workflow optimization.

  • Utilize and support implementation of TBI diagnostic and treatment technologies.

  • Engage in referral outreach, educational initiatives, and program growth efforts.

  • Support scalability and expansion across multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications:

  • RN-FP with active licensure or eligibility in applicable states.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Experience in complex case management and multidisciplinary care.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $200,000 annually + Depends upon experience

  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

  • Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000 in Year 1

  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

  • Travel expense reimbursement included
