Job description OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care


SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
- Full-Time
- Part-Time (minimum 2 days)
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call
- Some Flexibility Offered


COMPENSATION:
- $65 to $75+ per Hour, negotiable based on experience

This passionate, mission-driven organization is a bilingual health clinic with a long-held purpose of delivering the most affordable, high-quality healthcare possible to the local Latino community. They operate multiple locations in two states, with their clinics in spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider. They emphasize easy access to health services for lower-income patients, with a focus on education and preventative care. Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide routine, low-acuity medical services, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.

The services of the clinic include, but are not limited to:

- seeing patients of all ages
- routine primary care
- annual physicals
- sick visits
- minor injury care

The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be supported by a dedicated medical assistant who helps with all patient visits, including charting and documentation. If volume necessitates more support, a second medical assistant will be scheduled.

Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new provider must be fluent in Spanish.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Texas NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1+ year advanced practice experience preferred
- new graduates considered on an individual basis
- must be fluent in Spanish
