No nights or weekends
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations, health history reviews, and follow-up visits (in-person and telehealth)
- Perform physical exams, screenings, and routine primary care evaluations
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, scans)
- Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and educate patients on treatment risks, benefits, and side effects
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in the EHR
- Provide after-hours on-call coverage as scheduled
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 3 years of primary care experience
- Bilingual: English & Korean (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent bedside manner and patient communication
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
