Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies and imaging
Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and infectious conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with applicable regulations
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care
Promote healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention strategies
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Remain current with clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing education
Required Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
Strong knowledge of primary, acute, and chronic care practices
Understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in primary care
Experience managing chronic disease populations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
