Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) - South Bend, IN
Shift Schedule:
· Mon/Wed - 8 AM - 5 PM
· Tue/Thu - 8 AM - 5:30 PM
· Fri - 8 AM - 3 PM
No-On call, Evening, Night & Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
· Develop and implement treatment plans
· Provide patient education on preventive care, medications, and basic nutrition
· Participate in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
· Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Required Qualifications:
· Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP)
· Active Indiana license or ability to obtain prior to start
· Current or eligible DEA licensure / prescriptive authority
· Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in primary care
· BLS certification
· Spanish proficiency preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits:
· $20,000 reward and retention bonus (paid in allotments)
· $2,500 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
· Guaranteed minimum 2.5% annual salary increase
· Paid malpractice coverage with 100% tail (FTCA)
