Position Highlights

• Great weekly schedule options of full-time status with the flexibility to create your schedule

• Travel is required as you drive between locations (clinic/homes/SNFs) in a designated close-proximity territory, but an internal team will assist with creating your schedule for convenience to maximize your time with the utmost efficiency

• All necessary equipment, documentation system, and medical supplies are provided

• Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of patient visits on EHR

Practice Environment

• Work in a dynamic, multi-site practice environment with a high degree of autonomy

• Diverse patient load and cases - including wound vacs, debridement, grafting, and complex wound management

• Utilizing your vehicle as the cornerstone of this practice, enabling efficient movement and the delivery of consistent, expert care across the surrounding community

Compensation and Benefits

• Highly competitive base salary, with a 1099 full-time contract, ideally

• Open to discussions of W2, PRN, or per diem options as well

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active medical licensure

• Skilled in EMR documentation and committed to accuracy

• Compassionate, proactive, and patient-centered in approach

• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to think on your feet

• Excellent communication skills both with patients and team members

• At least one year of clinical experience in wound care and wound care certification is required
