Required Skills:
- Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Proven clinical experience in family or primary care
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience working in diverse or underserved populations
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as an NP or FNP
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to travel occasionally for community outreach or training
- Valid state driver’s license if travel is required
- Compliance with all federal and state healthcare regulations
