Required Skills:
  • Valid and current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification
  • Proven experience in primary care or family practice settings
  • Excellent clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
  • Experience with telehealth platforms
  • Advanced training or certifications in specialized areas (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics)
  • Familiarity with community health initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience as an NP
  • Recent experience in a primary care or outpatient setting

Other Requirements:
  • Valid state licensing and certification
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
  • Access to reliable transportation for site visits (if applicable)
  • Housing preferences: Preferably Airbnb accommodations over hotel/motel arrangements
