Required Skills:
  • Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license and certification
  • Proven clinical experience in family or primary care
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Experience working in diverse or underserved populations
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as an NP or FNP

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for community outreach or training
  • Valid state driver’s license if travel is required
  • Compliance with all federal and state healthcare regulations
