- This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who values clinical independence and autonomy and wants the freedom to practice at the top of their license. Join a growing primary care program within a stable, well-established organization where you will manage your own patient panel, work independently, and help shape the development of a newer clinic.
- Independent primary care role within a new and expanding clinic
- Primarily adult patient population initially; full lifespan care as program matures
- Private office, exam room, and dedicated Medical Assistant
- On-site clinic with immediate access to pharmacy services
- Monday–Friday schedule (8–4 or 9–5) with one late day; four 10-hour days considered
- Structured onboarding with shadowing and EMR training
- Program is ready to hire with an immediate start available
- Salary 140K plus excellent benefits
