Required Skills:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to independently manage patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Experience with urgent care, primary care, or family medicine
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Advanced training or certifications in specialty areas related to family health
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable clinical experience in family or primary care settings
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and clinic needs
- Travel reimbursement when applicable
