Required Skills:
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice
  • Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Experience with urgent care, primary care, or family medicine
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms
  • Advanced training or certifications in specialty areas related to family health

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable clinical experience in family or primary care settings

Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and clinic needs
  • Travel reimbursement when applicable
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with excellent benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical insurance (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with all relevant laws, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and other qualifying expenses.
