Join our dedicated team in a dynamic outpatient setting in Farmington, CT, as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hematology/Oncology. This locum tenens opportunity offers a 40-hour workweek with a flexible 4x10-hour shift schedule. You'll independently evaluate adult patients, manage chemotherapy toxicities, and perform bone marrow biopsies, all while collaborating with a talented support staff.

Job Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate and document patient plans of care
- Conduct new patient evaluations in benign and malignant hematology
- Manage chemotherapy toxicities and prescribe chemotherapy
- Perform bone marrow biopsies

Qualifications
- Active CT license
- Board Certified
- ONS chemotherapy certification, BLS, ACLS
- DEA license
- Experienced with outpatient hematology

Working Hours
- Four 10-hour shifts per week

Skills
- Experience with chemotherapy prescribing and managing toxicities
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Experience in performing bone marrow biopsies
