Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: February 2026
- End Date: April 2026
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Clinical Details:
- Setting: Hospital pathology lab
- Required Procedures: Gross exam of biopsies and complex specimens, perform and stain frozen sections, follow procedures for allocating medical renal and/or medical muscle biopsies
- EMR: Epic and SoftPath
- Support Staff: Grossing Tech, Histology Techs
- Approximately 250-300 blocks Monday-Friday (approximately 75-125 cases per day)
- Types of cases: Surgical excision and biopsies
Requirements:
- Board Certification
- (ASCP)
- Certified Pathologist Assistant
- Must be able to perform frozen section cases and complex surgical resection cases
