Southern Tennessee Primary Care in Lynnville, Tennessee, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our busy, well-established primary care clinic. This opportunity offers a predictable 3-day workweek, making it ideal for FNPs who want strong clinical support while maintaining excellent work–life balance. Experience preferred but not required.

About the Opportunity:

This hospital-employed position provides a supportive, team-based environment with structured onboarding and mentorship. You will work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated clinical support staff.

The FNP will provide outpatient primary care services, including:

  • Preventive and wellness visits

  • Chronic disease management

  • Same-day sick visits

  • Patient education and care coordination

Schedule:

  • 3-day workweek: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Outpatient-only

  • No nights, weekends, or hospital call
