Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Private Practice in Bastrop, Texas
A well-established private practice in Bastrop, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This outpatient role focuses primarily on adult and elderly patients, with some pediatric care as needed.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Call: Phone call coverage every other week
Compensation & Benefits:

Experienced NP Base Salary: $120,000

New graduate salaries will be adjusted accordingly based on experience.

Bonus Structure: 10% of collections after 6 months of employment

Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO annually

Monthly Stipends:

$70 cell phone

$150 toward health insurance
