Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute illnesses such as cold, cough, and flu
- Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and COPD
- Deliver care to patients across the lifespan, including babies
- Perform routine follow-up and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience required, including experience with infants
- Washington NP license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
