• Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 MAs, 2 APPs, 2 Office Staff
• Procedures/Duties:
- Colds, Minor Cuts, Sprains, Strain
- Sutures, Splints
• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active WI License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS
