Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for December 19, 22, 29, & 31 and January 2 at their Corporate Health clinic in Austin, MN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and chronic illness management. Hours are 10:00am-7:00pm on December 19 and 7:00am-4:00pm on December 22, 29, & 31 and January 2, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm. Provider should be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
