- Schedule: Walk-in hours Monday to Friday 7 AM - 7 PM, Weekends/Holidays 8 AM - 1 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Requirements
- Board Certification: Eligible
- License Requirement: Licensed in WI or IMLC
- BLS
- Supervision Required for Advanced Practice Providers
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatrics
