Telehealth Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Remote – Texas Licensed)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Fully Remote (Texas APRN License Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, high-quality primary care through telehealth (video and chat).
• Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients; order and interpret tests; develop treatment plans; and coordinate follow-up.
• Deliver patient education with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with a remote clinical team including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EMR systems efficiently.
• Support ongoing improvements to virtual care workflows and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas APRN license
• Certification as an NP/FNP
• Strong communication skills and excellent digital bedside manner
• High comfort level with technology and virtual care platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Spanish-speaking
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach

Preferred (but not required):

• Additional APRN licensure in FL, NY, IN, VA, KY, or GA
• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Telehealth experience
• Occupational health experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)
