Telehealth Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Remote – Texas Licensed)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Fully Remote (Texas APRN License Required)
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality primary care through telehealth (video and chat).
- Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients; order and interpret tests; develop treatment plans; and coordinate follow-up.
- Deliver patient education with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with a remote clinical team including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and EMR systems efficiently.
- Support ongoing improvements to virtual care workflows and patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active Texas APRN license
- Certification as an NP/FNP
- Strong communication skills and excellent digital bedside manner
- High comfort level with technology and virtual care platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Spanish-speaking
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
Preferred (but not required):
- Additional APRN licensure in FL, NY, IN, VA, KY, or GA
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Telehealth experience
- Occupational health experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)

- Occasional patients outside this range (based on need)
