Schedule: Outpatient, scheduled shifts; no call
Start: ASAP
Setting: Mobile clinic + brick-and-mortar clinic (provider will split time)
Position Highlights
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Outpatient primary care for all ages (pediatrics + adults)
- Avg census: 18 patients/day (21+ preferred)
- EMR: EPIC
- Full support during onboarding; 1-week orientation (Mon–Fri) required
Requirements
- Discipline: Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice
- Experience: 2+ years outpatient primary care
- Comfortable seeing children and adults
- Must be willing to work in a mobile clinic
- Certifications: BLS
- Board Certified preferred (BE accepted)
- DEA: Required
- CA license: Required (in hand)

- Work locations vary across brick-and-mortar, school-based, and mobile clinics; flexibility preferred
- More detailed clinical expectations provided during interview
- Credentialing: ≤30 days
- Not open to licensing candidates
