Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Bilingual (Mandarin)

Greater Boston area

We are seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner who values relationship-based care, a manageable patient volume, and a predictable weekday schedule. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care while serving a diverse, multilingual patient population.

You will manage both acute and chronic conditions while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team. Care is delivered primarily in an outpatient setting with some community-based care, allowing for continuity without high-volume pressure or hospital demands.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Monday–Friday schedule, standard daytime hours
  • No nights or weekends
  • Manageable daily patient volume
  • Primarily outpatient care with some community-based visits
  • Strong team-based and clinical support
  • Opportunity to serve a multilingual patient population
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Continuing education and professional development support

What we’re looking for

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • FNP or AGNP certification
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills (required)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Comfortable managing acute and chronic primary care conditions
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader care team

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary range: $106,000–$149,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Medical insurance with employer contribution
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Life insurance and flexible spending options
  • Continuing education allowance with paid CME days
  • License and mileage reimbursement
  • Employee wellness programs and professional development opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual Nurse Practitioner seeking balance, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact within a supportive clinical environment.
