The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity near Black River Falls, WI
Their comprehensive health program provides a wide range of services including medical, dental, optical, behavioral, rehabilitation, podiatry, pharmacy, lab, radiology and other community programs. Providers enjoy lower patient volume and the chance to focus on quality care and thorough patient interaction!
Competitive pay ($58-80/hr) and excellent benefits including student loan repayment options. Candidates must have active, unrestricted WI license, current DEA and nationally board certified.
