A worksite for a well-respected company has a great Part-time opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner in Hanover, PA specializing in Primary Care. See job details below:
- Location: Hanover, PA
- Specialty: age 3 & up and work injuries
- Volume: 7 - 12 patient visits daily
- EMR: EPIC
- Locum to perm option
Job Responsibilities
-Deliver women’s health services, including Pap smears, preventive screenings, and patient education.
-Care for members, dependents, and spouses ages 3 and up.
-Administer vaccinations, perform lab work, and conduct timely review of results.
-Collaborate with community healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
-Offer general wellness guidance and education to support healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a nationally accredited nursing organization (e.g. American Academy of Nurse Practitioners – AANP, American Nurses Credentialing Center – ANCC) is preferred
Must have an active and unrestricted DEA
One year experience as an NP preferred
Maintain collaboration agreements, per state requirements
Current BLS required
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Working Hours
Tuesday: 8:30am-6:30pm
Wednesday: 8:am - 4pm
~23-25 hours/week
