- Start Date: 2/23/2026
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-5p
- Avg Patients/day: 18+ patients/day
- Ages: all ages
- Cases: Bread and butter Primary Care, some chronic pain management
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Board-Certified NP/PA
- Active CA License
- Active CA DEA
