Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide acute and chronic care management, including diabetes and hypertension
- Perform procedures such as casting, IUD insertion, Nexplanon placement, biopsies, toenail removal, and (optionally) vasectomy
- Deliver patient care with autonomy and independent clinical judgment
- Collaborate with assigned medical assistant daily
- Document care and maintain accurate medical records
- Adapt to the scope of practice based on comfort with specific procedures
Additional Information
- Must hold a valid Oregon NP license and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
- Board certified as an NP
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Ability to work mostly independently is essential
- Pending credentialing generally takes 2 months
