We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice) with Women’s Health expertise to provide locum services in Anadarko, OK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NP looking for long-term coverage starting March 2, 2026.
🏥 Job Details:
Specialty: Family Practice – Women’s Health Clinic
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call required
Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year
Start Date: ~60-day credentialing (target March 2, 2026)
Patient Volume: ~10–12 patients per day
Patient Population: Women of child-bearing age and some post-menopausal
Procedures: Paps, elective birth control, EMBs, colposcopies, IUD insertions, DUB workups and therapy with consult if needed
Support Staff: RNs, MAs, front desk available
Supervision: Oversight provided, but day-to-day practice is largely independent
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of Women’s Health experience
WHNP board certification preferred; OB/GYN experience required
Any active U.S. state NP license accepted
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to practice with limited supervision
No work gaps over 1 year; gaps of 3–12 months require explanation
No felonies, unresolved federal debt, or malpractice within the last 5 years
📋 Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: ~60 days
NPDB self-query required
Documentation of board certification or eligibility (with proof of board registration if BE)
Completion of initial sections of IHS form for Oklahoma positions
References: 3 supervisor and 2 peer references (with contact details)
Additional facility-specific forms and verifications required
