This role involves providing care to a diverse patient population, including both pediatric (age 12+) and adult patients. Enjoy a flexible schedule with weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on a minimum of 18 patients per day.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring chart closure within 72 hours.
- Manage a diverse patient panel with a focus on both pediatric and adult care.
- Maintain clear communication and coordination with medical staff for patient management.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP license with a Furnishing License with Schedules II.
- Active DEA registration before start date.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar setting required.
- Completion of a full immunization series as specified for credentialing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to see a minimum of 18 patients per day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
