Job description
Looking for skilled and friendly nurse practitioners to treat our geriatric patients in SNF's throughout Eugene, OR and surrounding areas. Three shifts required a week. Very low patient volume and will be paid 8-hours even if you finish early for the day.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a nationally accredited nursing organization (e.g. American Academy of Nurse Practitioners – AANP, American Nurses Credentialing Center – ANCC) is preferred
Specialty Certification as per client request and or state regulations if applicable
One year experience as an NP preferred
Maintain collaboration agreements, per state requirements
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Working Hours
3 shifts required a week.
