Key Requirements
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Call: No call
- Patient Volume: ~15 patients per shift
- Licensure:
• Active Florida APRN license OR
• Compact license accepted - Certifications:
• Board Certified NP – Required
• BLS – Required
• Fellowship – Preferred (not required) - EMR: Athena
- Standard Family Medicine care and procedures
- Clinic is open to additional services depending on provider skillset
- Outpatient-only role
- Medicare / Medicaid: 34%
- BCBS: 23%
- HMO / PPO: 23%
- Self-Pay: 10%
- Commercial: 2%
