Jamestown, California – Outpatient, M–F | 13-week contract with option to extend

Mathiesen Memorial Health Clinic is seeking a mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team serving patients of all ages in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan

• Perform exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create evidence-based treatment plans

• Manage chronic conditions and support preventive care initiatives

• Deliver culturally sensitive education and wellness counseling

• Document accurately within the clinic’s EHR

• Participate in quality improvement and clinic-wide care initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Active California NP and RN licenses

• FNP board certification (AANP/ANCC)

• DEA & furnishing license (or willingness to obtain)

• Current BLS; ACLS preferred

• Experience with tribal communities or underserved populations is a plus

• Exceptional communication skills and patient-centered mindset
