Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide patient care in a primary care or urgent care outpatient setting
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and oversee patient treatment plans
- Document all encounters using Athenahealth EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years experience in primary care or urgent care outpatient settings required
- Must have valid licenses for Wisconsin and Minnesota
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certifications required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
