*Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner opening on the Westchester ACT Team, serving patients through a hospital-affiliated, community-based program.
*Full-time Monday–Friday role providing outreach, home visits, and psychiatric care to a 70–80 patient caseload.
*Requires PMHNP experience; ACT or acute care background preferred.
*Salary $170,000–$175,000 with flexibility and strong team support.
*Must have a minimum f 1 yar experience
*In-person position with company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement.
