Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients in a Family Practice setting
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
