Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver bread and butter family practice care, including chronic care management
- Evaluate and treat acute conditions such as cold, cough, and flu
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
- Perform physical examinations
- Work autonomously and provide patient-centered care
Additional Information
- At least 1 year of experience in family practice required
- Must have experience working autonomously
- Active North Carolina license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
