Responsibilities and Duties
- Take over a panel of existing patients and establish care for new patients
- Provide comprehensive care for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Utilize Epic EMR system for all documentation and patient management
Additional Information
- At least 2 years of experience in a family practice or primary care setting required
- Experience managing an independent patient panel is essential
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
- California license required
- Prior experience in rural medicine preferred
