Job Details

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including newborns
- Deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in a community health center setting
- Utilize Centricity EMR system for documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines
Additional Information
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience required
- Experience with newborn care is highly preferred and essential
- Community health center experience is mandatory
- Must hold active WA state licensure
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Board certification in Family Medicine is required
