ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at ThedaCare Medical Center- Berlin, Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton and ThedaCare Regional Medical Center- Neenah.
Position Details:
- Flexible FTE (full-time 0.75-1.0)
- One day a week in Berlin and the rest of the days split between Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain in Appleton and at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah.
- Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross-training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients, including postoperative outcomes, same-day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention, and system mortality index.
- Opportunities for quality improvement work.
- Exciting opportunity to partner with nearly all specialty practices, starting with surgeons, primary care, therapy, cardiology, pulmonary, etc… all the way through the surgical experience and post-operative phase.
Qualifications
