Job Details

- Schedule: 36/40 rotating schedule; one week of 3x12-hour shifts and 1x8-hour shift, alternating with a week of 3x12-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts on weekdays, 8-hour shifts on weekends
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work autonomously in a provider/medical assistant/front desk team model
- Manage a high-volume patient load, seeing 40+ patients per shift
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Provide quality care across the family practice spectrum
- Accurately document patient encounters using Epic EMR
- Collaborate effectively with medical assistants and front office staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical protocols and standards
Additional Information
- Must hold an active North Carolina nurse practitioner license
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- Client will cover DOT certification if not already held; must obtain within 60 days of start
- Ability to start as soon as credentialed
