Job description We are seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Connecticut, starting Jan 5, 2026. This opportunity offers day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will provide care in Family Practice and Internal Medicine settings, ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the contract.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care within Family Practice and Internal Medicine
  • Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions across a range of patient populations
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and standards of care

Additional Information
  • Board Certification required in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Connecticut
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Only accepting applications from Nurse Practitioners; no Physician Assistants
