We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 70-day locum tenens assignment in Montana. This role begins on Dec 15, 2025, and features 12-hour shifts from 8a to 8p on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Tribal Health experience and be comfortable managing both family practice and primarily urgent care cases.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services in an outpatient setting
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and pediatric care
- Manage reproductive health services and substance use treatment
- Perform in-office procedures and urgent care services
- Address mental health, chronic pain, and primary care needs
Additional Information
- Must have 1-2 years of Tribal Health experience
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Required board certifications: Family Medicine, Urgent Care
- Active Montana license required
