Advance Community Healthcare, an FQHC, is expanding our services and we are recruiting for an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and committed to providing culturally relevant care to our community. We value individuals who extend basic healthcare into a holistic view and treatment for our patients.
Job Responsibilities
~ Diagnose and treat various medical conditions and illnesses.
~ Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness.
~ Developing and implementing treatment plans.
~ Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
~ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
~ Displays sensitivity to the populations served.
Qualifications
~ Completed residency training (REQUIRED)
~ At least one year of experience in a primary care setting functioning at the full extent of training and licensure.
~ Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire
~ Strong commitment to practicing in a community health setting.
~ Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records system preferred.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
